I’m truly lucky because advertising has always engaged me in ways no other career path has. I’ve been able to use my experience to develop great campaigns for our clients, many of whom we regard as friends. A3 is a fantastic place to work because Frank & Madeline really keep the balance of business and family time equally important. My brilliant wife has put up with my bad jokes for nearly 25 years and we have an amazing teenage daughter, who is as intelligent as her mom, but with an even better sense of humor! We enjoy golfing, concerts and fishing, either at the beach in Lewes, DE or a lake in the Pocono mountains. We’re always on the go.

Fun Fact: I can still skateboard fairly well, no ramps or pools anymore, I just skate now with my 15-year-old daughter.
